Please, do that car a favor and raise it up a bit. The roll center is shot to hell when you lower them that much, and it actually makes the car handle worse. Also, IMO, you'd be better off with a BPT swap and vj23 turbo. If you need any help with the car, I have tons of experience with them (and lots of spare engine parts). Wink

I plan on raising it up a little more this week. I dont like shooting sparks all over town.

What swaps are those? Like what kind of power and price? I can use all the help i can get. I know nothing about it.

So way too much is needed to swap an ca18 into a miata. Just read up a lot and fuck that. Ill stick with turbo on the stock motor.
Mount kit cheapest place was $1200. Plus u need a rear end, axles, custom oil pan, all kinds of dumb crap. End up costing more than a 2jz swap to put in.

I think so. Needs a few more coats of shaker to cover a lot of red showing through.

You can get a JDM BPT engine, ECU, wiring, and VAF for under $1500. That's for the 323 GTX swap. The GTR swap comes with the bigger VJ23 turbo (GTX is a VJ20), beefier forged rods, sodium filled exhaust valves, and a better VAF. The GTX swaps have about 180hp at the wheels, GTR is about 230. Megasquirt and as good street tune will have you close to 300 at the wheels with the GTR, probably 275-ish with the GTX. That's all stock, better intake/downpipe/exhaust will net even higher gains.

Like I said, I have tons of experience with Miatas, and especially B-series engines. I'm here if you need any help at all.
