We are pleased to announce that Tennessee Drift is teaming up with Cause Factory and Cars for the Cure this year to present DriftoberFest2.
Cause Factory is a growing organization driven to raise money for Breast Cancer research. Cause Factory is closely associated with the Williamson Medical Center’s Breast Health Center. Proceeds from this event will benifit the center.
DriftoberFest is fast becoming the largest, most popular grass roots drift event on the east coast. $95 for drivers to pre-register to drift. $125 to enter at the gate. At the end of the day there will be a drift competition if there is enough interest. We will allow drivers to pay an additional $20 into a purse. The purse will be divided between the top 3 finishers in the competition. This is a cool new addition to DriftoberFest.
This year we will be including a car show with 6 different classes. Best of European, Best of Import, Best of Track, Best of Audio, Best of Classic, Best of Muscle Car and Best of Show. $5 extra to enter the car show. Guitar trophies will be presented to the winners.
DJ Deadstock will be handling the music. There will be concessions available on site. There will be a vendor area in the covered garage.
There will be a kids power wheels race during the event. $5 extra to enter your child in the power wheels race. Bring your own power wheels vehicle. The winner of the power wheels race will receive a gift certificat to Toys-R-Us gift certificate (the amount yet to be determined).
This is the last public event that will be held at the Nashville Superspeedway. Drivers need to get registered soon. Pre-registration opens Monday at noon on motorsportreg.com. There is a ton of interest among drivers about this final event. Don’t wait until the last minute. There will be a 40 car cap on the drift show.
